Residencia Universitaria Resa Damia Bonet - Valencia

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the option to change our towels every day. The vending machine in the reception area was also a convenient touch. we highly recommend Residencia Universitaria Damia Bonet for a great stay in Valencia.

This studio was perfect for our family with children. The bunk beds were cozy and the sofa bed was great for the kids. The room had a private kitchen and bathroom, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. We loved the free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, it made our time in the room enjoyable and relaxing. The location of the studio, close to Valencia University, was ideal for us as it made it easy to explore the city.

Personally, we found the bunk beds a bit small for adults, but others may still find them comfortable.

the location was perfect, just 3 tram stops away from the beach, making it ideal for a summer stay. the apartment was fully equipped with modern facilities, including air conditioning and a balcony. the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. It was like having a small, separate apartment with a bedroom, living room , and bathroom. the interior was new and modern, and the cleanliness was top-notch. it was excellent value for money, especially for independent travellers who appreciate cooking options and a comfortable stay. Cons: All was perfect 😀.

The room is like a mini apartment with separate bathroom, bedroom, living room , and balcony. All facilities are new and modern. The hotel has its own parking. 20 min to the sea, 30-40 min to the city center and famous sights. Good supermarket nearby open on Sundays and late night.

The Residencia was an amazing find! The location was perfect, close to the university and easy access to the beach. The room was like a mini apartment, clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette and all necessary utensils. The daily room cleaning was a bonus. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The building was surprisingly quiet, despite being filled with students. The gym was better than what you'd find in a typical hotel. a great experience!

I always come back to this place. The staff is helpful and even returned my forgotten sim cards. Everything I need is here - Wi-Fi, kitchen, AC, TV, fitness center. Perfect for my trip. No regrets!
